Unity Malmoe - A Studio Hotel

The staff is friendly.

We arrived late at night and found no one to help us get inside, unacceptable. Then we were assigned a room that was already occupied, putting us in an awkward situation. The kitchen lacked basic utensils, with dirty dishes left from the previous guest. To top it off, the bed and couch setup was uncomfortable, leaving no room for a good night's sleep.

The room was elegant and clean and the amenities included a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and a TV. Very comfy beds, the staff were superfriendly. The hotel had a remote setting close to train station.

A lovely welcoming and nice hotel with remote location. Good breakfast with the best buns, perfect service. Good home base for exploring Malmo...

I almost gave this place a good review, but the shower gel kept falling off the wall every single time, really? And only one measly blanket on the bed, how hard is it to provide two? As if that wasn't enough, i expected a welcome gift or at least an upgrade-guess my special requests fell on deaf ears.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and my City Studio had everything I needed, including a kitchenette. The price was solid and I loved how modern and clean it felt. The room was quiet. Definitely recommend!

great experience but minor flaws

The City Studio was modern with a comfy queen-size bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. Breakfast in the glass dome garden was a highlight, with quality coffee and an eco-conscious approach. The location was perfect, close to public transport and eateries, great to explore easily.

Some amenities needed improvement, particularly the limited parking availability.

The room was quiet, but the air conditioning barely worked.

Family with children staying here will be pleased

I liked how the staff was very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was enough and touched on healthy options which really helped us start the day right.

It wasn't cheap but I guess the modern style makes it still acceptable.

Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was just right, and I adored the indoor garden space for relaxing. the photos made the room seem bigger than it was. Would definitely book again!

Perfect spot for a chill stay

Had a solid week here! The kitchenette was stocked with everything, super easy to cook. The bathroom was always super clean, and the gym was actually nice. The snack bar had some tasty late-night snacks. Just wish parking was easier. Had to walk a bit. Still, loved the overall vibe!

It is a stylish hotel with modern furnishings and a convenient location near public transport and parks.

The location is excellent, just 2 kilometers from the Malmö city center, perfect for a scenic walk. The facilities in the City Studio, like the efficient kitchen area, really impressed me.

Parking is not available on-site.

The location is quiet and close to a supermarket, making it convenient.

The gym was great. Workspaces and building were amazing. Staff was very friendly. Great selection of drinks and snacks. Clean and new hotel. Pretty courtyard with orangerie. Nice gym and workspaces. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet area.

The staff here are excellent and my room was functional and well-equipped, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation and downtown, and there is a great coffee shop within a short walk for a nice cup of coffee.
